Loved the entire trip, the views were amazing, but I definitely also learned SO MUCH for next time, mostly:
1. APPLY SUNSCREEN. Forgot to do this on day 1, and got pretty badly sunburnt. Sleeping in a tent was still doable on day 1, but on day 2 it started getting really uncomfortable as my arms and neck would rub against the tent (not comfy with painful skin). This is why I just gave up on camping and stuck to Hotels for the days afterwards
2. Ofc I overpacked. Packed a bunch of cooking gear. Never used it once
3. The rental bike was…. well… meh. Had some issues, which were easily resolved in the end by local mechanics. Got my bike from SBB via Rentabike. Would not recommend. It was dirt cheap, but once the bike has issues, instead of offering help they just tell you to figure it out on your own 🥴 (Rentabike customer support. SBB employees were all super nice). Gotta get me a proper bike next time.
Besides all this, it was an amazing trip, and I’m so proud of myself finishing (in 7.5 days nonetheless).

Tysm u/travel_ali for recommending me to take this route
So this was definitely something.
I did route 9 of the Schweizmobil routes from Montreux to Rorsach [link](https://schweizmobil.ch/en/cycling-in-switzerland/route-9)
