This bike will barely fit 23c tires. Cool vintage road rig but would make for a terrible xbike.

Skinny tire bike
No joy for your spine even with the ti frame and modern tires. But with a carbon fork, carbon seat post and carbon handlebar it would be a sporty and fairly smooth ride
