Halfway through a weekend cycle trip just to see what other things I want to change on my bike setup. I definitely want new handlebars and cycling gloves, my palms were pretty messed up from holding the handles all day. I think my frame bag is kind of too big but I think I can fix it by just tightening it to the stem. Still wish I had a little bit more space so I might find a small fork bag and top tube bag. Otherwise it was very exciting to finally be on the road after seeing everybody else’s adventures! Any advice on what must haves and quality of life upgrades would be hugely appreciated.

Well depending on how often you find yourself on asphalt it might be worth it to buy smoother tires.
