Hi,
I've just received my new Canyon Endurance Road Bike but when setting it up today I've noticed that the valve on the rear wheel does not come through the hub in the centre and it is offset to the side. Is this anything to be concerned about? Thank you

Yeah, deflate it, move to perpendicular position and inflate it back.
I’m a little confused about what you mean? Can you explain a little more? I just bought an Endurance and want to make sure I don’t have the same issue
The hole being offset on the rim is a bit odd, and could be a manufacturing error – unless on an asymmetrical rim, which this doesn’t look like. But it should pose a problem.
I think you can best see it in the third picture. That’s a manufacturing defect. I would contact canyon and I’m sure they will send you a new wheel.
It’s not an offset rim, so this is likely a manufacturing error. It isn’t going to cause a problem, though. It’s a few mils.
