This plastic clip has sheared off. Does anyone have a recommendation for a replacement clip that would work? The channel is 11mm wide.

What bag is it?
You’re going to have to specify the bag. Eg if it’s an Ortieb, go to their web site and they’ll have replacement clips… if it’s something else, do the same.
Write to the manufacturer and see if you can get one for free. Worked for me
