I have a trek fx3 and I want to add a mirror attachment but I'm really struggling to get the thing at the edge my handle bar out. Does anyone know how to get the thing out so I can attach a mirror. I would really appreciate any help!!!

They make a specific mirror for that bar. Sadly that’s not to be removed, to add padding they reshape that chunk of bar. Comfy but proprietary.
