This is happening on a brand new yt capra. Basically just shifting like absolute garbage. And hitting the frame in the smallest gear. I’ve already messed with the micro adjustment and that didn’t work. There’s also a ton of play where the derailer attaches to the frame( the fastener is torqued to spec)

If it’s hitting the frame it was probably not set up correctly.
There’s that step where you set that set up key to the right config (a or b), pull back the lower cage and tighten.

Are you sure you did that with the proper chain length, the proper set up cog and the proper position for the setup key for the Capra?
I’m no expert, but that chain looks too long maybe?
Its not setup properly. Sure I could go into detail step by step on how to set it up but that already exists on the internet and if you understood it you would already have it up and running. I don’t say any of that to throw shade. We all have our strengths.
Bike shops exist. They can have this sorted quicker than posting here and hoping you can decipher what others are saying.
Seriously save yourself the headache and downtime.
