Depends a bit on your patience for Pinkbike, eBay. Weigh also that some things are much easier to ship such as a stem, than bars. I try to keep a box in the garage for donations, a local place runs an eBay and pink bike store themselves to fund charity work. Saves the hassle and feels good. A few items can be high value – derailleurs of certain spec, etc, but he load you’re showing isn’t really. Alternately you can put it all as one lot for a low price, I’ve had a lot of those go third world where people just use any “build kid” to build up bikes.

The cassette is probably worth something. Easy and cheap to ship, too.
Maybe there are some Seven fanatics after the bars and stem, but I doubt it. I think the rest of that stuff is pretty worthless.
