Hi everyone. I'm in the market for a new bike that will be suitable for 2-4 weeks on eurovelo circuit routes. The Nicasio says it's suitable for "light touring", but I'm curious what that actually means. Do y'all think this would be a suitable bike to load down with paniers for a trip of this length?
Thank you!

I can’t speak for the Nicasio 1, but I just rode a Nicasio 2 across the US and had zero issues outside of flats. Panniers on the back and Ortlieb fork packs on the front.
The specs on the 1 & 2 are vastly different as is the price A$1000 & A$2000 ( Australian price) respectively. The 1 is very high geared 11-32t cassette & 50/34t crank. You could swap the FSA Tempo compact for a FSA Tempo Adventure 46/30t & then swap the cassette for a 11-36t ( sell or trade back original parts & get most of ur $$$ back). Takes gear inch from 29 down to 23 while will held climbing.
