Not a chance. That’s pretty close to what the new price would be if it was speced that way. $1200 is probably what I’d pay for that bike.

The carbon chameleon has issues with the bottom bracket cups getting unbonded from the frame. Many of these have been warrantee replaced with a different bike because the carbon chameleon has been discontinued .

Chameleons are supposed to come with Fox Float 34s. Why’d they downgrade the fork???

I absolutely LOVE my Chameleon and would definitely recommend getting one. Just not at this price for this build.

For a comparison I bought a 2 year old Pivot Mach 429SL for only $700 more. And it came with better components too.
I’d say that bike is overpriced

Fucken thing doesn’t even have a dropper. For $1800 for an about to be 4 year old bike with medium/low tier components this is not a good deal
