this is my DIY heat chamber that I’m currently using to prepare for the Kona Iron Man World Championships this cost me around £40 to set up this was a popup Greenhouse that I brought from a garden center and then to generate the heat I just have a basic electric heater that I got off of Amazon surprisingly it can get incredibly hot in here with very little effort typically it takes about 10 minutes to get warm and then the humidity really depends on how much you’re allowing yourself to sweat so if you can stay in here for a while the humidity can get all the way up to 80 90%

One thing your missing. The sun. Kona is not humid it's hot. The area is a baren lava field. The sun and heat reflection off the road.
