I would normally pass on carbon repair. But this one is honestly the best I’ve seen. Seems like a fair price
Hard pass for me. Already broken carbon before and clamped on top tube. The seller isn’t trustworthy imo
Besides the clamping skills, repaired carbon frames are often stronger than the original counterparts if the fix has been done properly. This guy has even repainted the damaged surface, so it means that at least has put some effort into that. Ride it and inspect it regularly, that’s all.
Judging by how they are clamping the bike by the frame, hard pass.
