A while back I bought this bike from a guy who hid a crack in the frame with a sticker, and I was in somewhat of a hurry and didn’t thoroughly look over the bike before leaving, so I got screwed. Fast forward about a week or so later, Niner was more than generous to send me a new front triangle at no cost.
So, I began the journey to rebuild this beauty. I decided to replace roughly 75% of the parts, and replaced all the bearings on the bike, and I mean all of them! Once I got all of my parts in, and the new front triangle, I went to work. I kept the brakes, rear triangle, cassette, cranks, dropper, the shock and fork, and finally the wheels. I had to thoroughly take apart every piece of the brakes to clean them and redo them. I used all new brake like, new bolts, new shifter cables, cable sleeves, etc.
Literally every other than the parts I listed is new. Down to the brake lines and the banjo bolts for them.
So here I am about a month and a half later, and ALMOST DONE!! I have had to be patient to wait on parts, and find time in my day to day life. But in the meantimeX he’s some photos of it.

Dude that’s sick! I know so many people who wouldn’t have reached out and stopped there. This is looking so nice!
