My first 3 days of cycling from Shelburne -> Barre City -> S Royalton -> Saxtons River are complete. I grew up in Vermont so i’m gonna miss it when i leave tomorrow. I have good family down here in Saxtons River so i decided to stay for a day and helped out on a small farm which was very fitting for a last day in VT. Stayed with another family friend in Barre, and had a great first experience with Warmshowers in S Royalton.
Unfortunately my saddle sore is telling me it needs more time to heal (thought that rest day would be enough) so i’m leaving for NH tmmrw instead. Don’t want to make it worse gritting through a day of cycling or possibly mess bigger things up by sitting awkwardly. Plus i’m lucky enough to be in a spot where i can stay another day.
I’m not used to making content (on my instagram mostly) to be honest and it’s definitely an adjustment as there’s been so many people who genuinely want to follow along and i care about making genuine good videos and stuff which brings people along and together. Anyways i’m gonna go out there with a renewed vigor (will be great to get back on the bike after two days) soon and if your new and want to follow along, i’ll do my best to post more regularly on IG https://www.instagram.com/jonas_natvig?igsh=MWxmY3NzMHk5MGlnbA%3D%3D&utm_source=qr

That Tucker Snocat parked out front of Suicide Six was one of the normal snow cats when I skied there back in the 90’s. They had a blue one and an orange one iirc. I think that one was the blue one but had all its paint blasted off.
