So after struggling with a new tire earlier, I was able to seat this perfectly. Do tire bead seating get easier the next time you install and reinflate the tire like when you fix a flat?
Them racekings and others from that line are bastards to mount, and sit properly. Double check your tires too for wobble as conti tyres are notorious for that, aswell as maxis.

Haha. I just posted about my winter ice spiker’s being a real bitch to seat. RaceKings are the the summer tires that I swap to on that bike.
Tight fit for sure, but not as bad as the Shwalbes.
Best trick for me was swapping the rim strip for a single layer of tubeless tape to reduce thickness and friction. I use tpu tubes in that setup.

Your frame bag might fit better if you put it on in the opposite orientation.
