These look like vittoria corsa pro? If so change it out this tire is absolutely the worst tire. It’s good for one race but the second you put any mileage on it the wear is ridiculous and becomes so susceptible to punctures. This tire is cooked!
Cannot comment the tire itself (I don’t know it) but in general, I would ride a tire with a cut like this.
You could even try to fill the cut with some kind of glue, but In my experience so far the glues I used didn’t last very long while the tire still lasted for quite some time.
I ride corsa pros myself and have 2 or three of those cuts in it and it’s still all smooth riding.
Boot it, glue it, send it.
If the threads have been cut, bin it.
