  1. If it fits you and is comfortable, I don’t see why not! The only thing that sticks out to me as far as it being an ideal commuter bike (to me), is that it doesn’t look like there are mounting holes for racks or fenders. Not necessarily a deal breaker though, since there are plenty of accessories you can mount using straps instead of bolts. Or you can just wear a backpack, but I prefer having a pannier bag.

    Is ur commute hilly? If its hilly than probably not. Whats the road condition like? My ultimate commuter bike was a 2007 Cannondale Touring bike as I had a 15km(10 mile) 300m (1000 ft) climb each way on rough roads. Tourers have a wide gear spread, mudguards, rear rack mounts & tough components.

  3. Are you comfortable riding drop handle bars? It is an adjustment. I usually go for a basic mountain bike that I can put a rear rack on, and add stuff like fenders and lights easily. 
    It is most important to find a bike that you feel comfortable riding and is working properly
