I would be just a tiny bit cautious looking it over. You should never clamp a carbon frame like pictured and it should always be clamped by the seatpost. It may be nothing, but I’d just very carefully check over the frame there.
$600 is probably on the higher end of an acceptable price to pay. At that price I’d be making sure everything is well maintained. It is also important to know which model bike computer you’re getting. If it’s something cheap, I wouldn’t really factor it into your mental valuation that much. If you’re getting a Wahoo or Garmin head unit it’s definitely a big value add. I wouldn’t really let the saddle bag affect the valuation for the most part either. Even extremely nice saddle bags top out at around $30. It is maybe more worth it if the saddle bag is still loaded up with a flat repair kit, but those items are also generally pretty inexpensive.
I actually have 2 Roubaixs both purchased second hand in the last year, albeit slightly older than this one. The 2013 came with a power meter and had been pretty meticulously maintained by the prior owner. I paid $500 for that one. The 2014 was sitting in a garage for a long time and needed a careful once over and regreasing of a lot of things due to years of not being used. That one I paid $200. I ended up doing all the work myself to get that one roadworthy again but if I had paid a shop to do it it probably would have been another couple hundred bucks. Just something to keep in mind as condition is really going to determine whether $600 is a fair price.

$500 max with 105. $250 to $300 with Sora. I personally would skip it all together.
