Hey. I just bought a I think Haro Downtown 20 for $30 and I was wondering what are some good things to put on it. Im looking to resale it but before I sell it I want to have my fun with it of course. I have no idea how to build it. Im fixin to sand it down and paint it cuz of the rust and get some cooler tires. This bike has the brake tooken off but it's still just chilling on the frame. What do people like? I want a looker and I want it to be high quality too because i want to learn the ins and outs of bikes and stunt bikes.

Quick, cheap tips: oil the chain, air the tires, see if the seat-post is moveable – fix the brake (first). Simply reverse the tires – put the more aggressive knobby on the front. It looks cool and grips better when you send it on dirt!
I wouldn’t spend much time painting – unless for a fun project (it would be hard to increase the value of that bike with paint). Maybe white graphics painted over the black? Or pink? Or? Stickers would be cool too. Paint-Pen on the rims? 😀👊🔥
