I’d guess late 90s had a 98 Evil Kenevil that was similar
Mid 90’s maybe 96? Hoffman Bikes Condor. Cool bike from one of the greatest vert riders of all time.
It’s a Hoffman Condor (Mat Hoffman signature) complete. It’s from around 2006/2007
The earlier 90’s completes were very different.
Decals are a tricky one, but usually changed year on year with Mat’s own taste. There is a bike check on Fatbmx with these decals from 2007, although the website no longer loads the images, you can see them on Google images
