my drivetrain is making sime rattling noise although the components are quite new. I am not sure if the sound is normal or if there's some issue. What do you guys think?

I’d remove the dork disc and try again.
yeah, sounds like the chain is not running smothly, and needs to be adjusted.
I would strongly recomend watching some youtube tutorials for this, It’s not that complicated.
If i have to take an educated guess, It could get better if you turn the adjusting screw on your rear derailieur half a turn clockwise. You might! need to adjust the derailieur limit screw “H” for the right side (smallest chainring near the frame) after that, so that the cain does not skip of it.
Might be the spoke protector, but it sounds like other issues. Get rid of it just to take that noise out of the equation. You can remove the cassette to get to it the right way, or just go caveman and cut it out with garden shears or a box cutter.
Maybe the fork docs is loose as it should rotate evenly
