I saw this picture and really want to know what that stem is?? All of the stems like this i’ve found you can’t use with a steerer tube adapter so it must be a one inch? Any ideas?

That’s a 1” threaded fork with an adapter to 1 1/8” adapter plus the mentioned cigne stem. Maybe not the stiffest combo of all time but certainly a nice built!

Indeed, it is the VO Cigne, it is great for adding stack height to a low stack frame.
