I havent had this issue before but now i put on my back tire after a flat and ots not OK.
Normally u always see a little black rim before the brown but if you see in the picture down left its completely not visible so the tire isnt in the seatting there i think but how do i fix this?
Replaced the tire 2 times, 2 times o have this …

Didn’t seat properly. Needs to be inflated more, up to the upper limit if necessary. If it doesn’t pop, remove and put some soapy liquid on the part where tire rubs the rim, repeat.
Also, check many videos online about seating a tire.
Not sure, but could your chain be routed around the outside of the tab on the cage plate instead of inside the tab???
