I have never owned a bike but interested in starting to go biking around town (on sidewalk/road) to get good exercise in. Is this a good bike choice? I am a 5’7 female for reference.

Sold new in [2009 for $400](https://www.bikesdirect.com/products/windsor/willow2.htm). I would have a preference for a price under 200.
It’s a Bike’s Direct bike and it’s 15 years old. $100 max
Also probably too large if you’re 5’7″
