Is this normal? Bike has maybe 20 miles on it half are moderate/difficult trails.. bike is a trek rail 7 gen3.. oil is leaking down fork lower.

Bring it to a LBS and get the fork seals checked
This is an open bath, that can splash up and work between the seal and the shaft. The seal looks even around the circumference so lookout for ongoing leaks, there probably won’t be any.
