I have been wanting to do this for so long. After walking and camping last year finally convinced to pedal and camp. Preparing to head off on toe-to-tip-to-toe across Shetland soon. Very excited!
Enjoy! It looks like there’s a hell lot of stuff going on in the front of the bike. If you can attach the panniers to the rack, I’d probably try that.
Have fun!

Epic setup! Does look a little too heavy but you have the nicest gear. Definitely gotta put it to use!!

Have nice trip, and as always, don’t forget to take a salad spinner with you for a good luck

By the way, I can already tell that the handlebar bag will become a problem after some time. There’s not enough clearance, and it will definitely start touching the front tire, especially when you add some weight and ride some rough terrain

Can you list the bike size and bag volumes pls? Thinking of getting an Ortlieb bag for my Grizl.

A saddlebag might help you a lot more on narrow roads. Having everything on the front might make descents and some quirky terrains rather challenging.
Nevertheless, absolutelt lovely setup
May i ask which model of Garmin is that?

In my opinion: to much weight on the front
Get a bigger seat pack and with a light bar
