I think I am returning it. I only got 33 miles on it and I was even saving the battery and i reached to the part where the last light was orange. Maybe it got drained so fast I was going uphill. But still I got two pedal assist ebike and never felt range anxiety. This one did it made me return back home.

Are you aware of the different speeds/the cassette/the shifting?
I wonder how much canyon will charge me since i used it!??
I got mine last week and got 150 km on it . Really depends on how you are using the motor.. stats for me are 15 % eco, 55%tour, 20%sprint and 10%turbo and the range is pretty good even with 600-700m climbs. If you are using mostly turbo, I guess the model is not so good…but then the interest of having a gravel that is a sporty model disappears and it would be better with another model with bigger range and bigger motor as the Grail On had.
Just checking, you can use the range extender with this bike right?
Unfortunately they don’t make this in my size or it’d be what I’d get but think it’ll be the bike we get for my wife still so just curious
