It’s likely you have to replace your entire drive train including chainrings at this point. It’s likely everything has worn together and a new chain and rear cluster might not play nice with your chainrings.
By looking at it I would say yes, but can’t be sure without proper measuring tool.
You can still use worn out cassette with some old chain if you want this season, you won’t damage the bike if you be careful enough, but if chain is starting to fall off or you have big problems changing gears replace it.

It’s toast that has been put back in the toaster to get that extra toasty flavour. Chances are your chain is shot as well & your chainrings could be.
The reason why experienced cyclists and shops constantly talk about monitoring and replacing chains is that a worn/stretched chain will take out the casssette and chainrings but if chains are replaced appropriately cassettes & chainrings can last multiple chains.
