My new (to me) bike came with a dura-ace 9700 groupset on it. Awesome! Except: it looks like the previous owner never once did maintenance, and as such the entire chain line was original to the bike. The chain was beyond stretched, and dura-ace cassette toast along with it.
How does the brainstrust see the condition of the chain rings? They are eye-wateringly expensive to buy new, I’m hoping against hope I can continue to use them.

the outer ring is definitely a bit worn – see the “shark fin” shaped teeth? If you’re putting a new chain on i’d definitely replace this as well or the new chain might slip and or wear more quickly.
As usual: If a new chain doesn’t skip it’s fine. Visually it doesn’t look bad.
It looks decent, but looks aren’t the test. Replace the chain when it’s time to replace the chain, and if a new chain skips on the old ring, then it’s time to replace the ring. Or if you get any signs of chainsuck on the lower back side of the ring you should replace it, especially if a carbon or alloy frame. You should test for slip with a “max torque” standing start in big:small
A quick glance says that they look ok. BTW, new chainrings for these, head for Aliexpress.
