  1. Use a tool to twist the nimble back until the spoke is straight. After this check if the wheel is still true (may no longer be the case)
True the wheel: aka after untwisting the spoke by xxx° retwist by the same amount +/- but this time use a tool or clamp to keep the spoke straight while tweaking the nimble.

  2. Should be replaced, it can not be twisted back. And make sure you get a “blade spoke holder” (I am not sure if that is the proper name for the tool, it looks like a puck with slots cut into it to fit different thickness bladed spokes. You are supposed to use two hands when tightening a bladed spoke, one hand with the spoke wrench, another with the blade spoke holder to keep the spoke from being twisted.)

  3. >one spoke that it seems to be twisted into a spiral

This is common when techs are lazy and attempt to true the wheel without the correct spoke holder tool. Shimano makes [one](https://ultimatesportstrinidad.com/products/shimano-spoke-wrench-for-shimano-flat-blade-spoke-wheels-wheelsets-4-4mm). [DT’s is better](https://www.universalcycles.com/shopping/product_details.php?id=113850&attribute=285061&srsltid=AfmBOoprMFMpkRXXYraYwyER4-gieFtafT76cXbiiKugs-Ku1eRzsAYXtTo&gQT=1) in my experience.
