  1. after the 3rd day of doing this, noticed myself being more comfortable with having a bit of a distance between the wall and my back. Feeling more stable, doing the last routine of lifting the knees and clapping under the knee. Excited to see how it goes with more days and more repetition. Thank you for the tip. Saludo ako sa iyo kabayan. Mabuhay!

  2. Thank YOU!! But this Guy is certainly Not over 60 🙂 and some of us certainly do not have this kind of flexibility 🙂 would it be possible please to show these with an ordinary 65-year old??

  3. I’m doing quite heavy gym exercises for over 2 hours every other day. Muscles are definitely getting better but walking is still a challenge. I found these exercises to be much harder than they look but probably way more effective as well. I put in Reminders to do them several times a day. I’ll do what I can not to get distracted.

  4. What does it mean repeat 3x once in morning and right before bed? Each exercise is one minute in length, right? So is it 3 minutes each exercise, twice a day?

  5. “Great video. As a guy over 60 still training daily, I can say this stuff matters more than ever. I’m sharing my own journey on my channel too—respect to anyone out here putting in the work.”

  6. People say they will update you on their progress. But they don't. The one person says they are harder than they seem . I might try it but that is true that a senior should be demonstrating these movements..

  7. Problem with these videos is that only few people who already doing it and in need of more motivation watch them. The rest are all uncivilized.

  8. Grammatically incorrect.
    It’s either;
    “Above 60” or “over 60” or “in your 60s”
    The latter does NOT need an apostrophe, nor do the other correct options.
