Looking for aero men’s jersey with black to white fade

I’m looking for a men’s aero cycling jersey with a clean fade from black at the bottom to white at the top. Ideally, the fade should be gradual, not in clear color blocks like the example picture I’m posting for reference.

I’d also prefer if the jersey has slightly longer sleeves, reaching closer to the elbows more of a race cut / aero style.

The want to pair it with black Rapha pro bibs. If you’ve seen anything like this or have recommendations, I’d really appreciate it.
