Biked the Pieterpad from Monday to Wednesday. 540 km in three days. Super nice and diverse route through a small but interesting country!
The biked I used is a Canyon Grizl SLX with an Ortlieb quick rack L. Tailfin back (10l) and front (5l) mini paniers. 3l Ortlieb frame bag and a 16l Ortlieb dry bag on the rear rack.

Cool! Did you find a GPX file of the route?
Nice! Looks like an interesting route. Did a 450km gravel tour from Germany to Prague last week with an Ortlieb Quick Rack + quite similar bag setup.
