I have updated my Cockpit. In Front is a Lupine SL Nano AF on a 3D printed part for the Canyon Gear Groove Cockpit. Cyclite Aero bag will be mostly empty for food etc. Behind that is a Drybag with DCF Tarp, Ropes, Ground Sheet and Tentstakes (All stuff that can be wet and dont want to store in Seatbag). The Flexible Monkey Tail is for Selfies with Action cam. Can be detached to make footage an the ground.
My Use case is: 3000km in Scandinavia on Tarmac with focus on speed and self supported.

Buying new gear takes time away from riding. Some of us tire of the consumerist addiction. Ride.
Talk to me about that Canyon gear groove cockpit on what doesn’t seem to be a Canyon bike. Did you have to adapt the stem to fit at all? Direct fit?
The only thing I’d change would be the leap bar end blip mounts for the TT I would constantly be accidentally shifting will grabbing those TT grips.

I have the cyclite aerobag and think it’s not very accessible during riding. I don’t know if that’s you planned use case. I have the stuff l in there which is not needed during the ride and not needed frequently.
Are you worried about the dry bag rubbing against your head tube? I can’t tell if you have any tape on there but it wouldn’t be a bad idea to add some to all mounting points before a big trip.
The setup looks great btw…like the look of that cyclite bag.
I would change the fidlock bottles for normal ones, because if you loose / break one, you only got 1 left. in a standard bottle holder you can fit like 0,5l bottles or maybe 1l or a can.. or just stop at a bikestop and get a new bottle for like 5€.
