Do these 2 have the same compatibility? Because I'm planning on buying a shimano hub but it has holes on the center of the wedge things. My old hub has no holes in the center

Holes in the wedge? What are you referring to here?
The freehub pictured looks like the correct one for an MT-400B hub.
