Riv-Tagalog build

Hey fellow xBikers!

A few months back, I scored this mystery frame off Facebook Marketplace. No brand, no markings—but I loved the geometry and the fit was just right, so I went for it.

I did some digging to figure out what it was (even asked here a while ago), but no luck. At this point, I’m guessing it’s one of those surplus Japanese frames from the '80s.

Anyway, I decided to give it new life and build it up into a chill cruiser—kinda my budget Rivendell dream build.
