178cm & 68kg (gained some weight during injury) – ordered a pair of size small Santini jerseys not realizing that they run smaller than the typical S.
Does the fit looks off / too tight? It feels comfortable and the fabric is extremely stretchy.
Unsure if I should size up to M?

S is just fine. You want a snug/aero fit for road riding. It looks good. 👍🏼
