Cracks in wheelset

Hey guys, I’ve been cleaning my bike and noticed some cracks near spokes and on the side of the rim (shown in pics). Should I be worried?

The the wheelset is HUNT 4 SEASON GRAVEL WHEELSET. I’ve bought the bike second hand, and had seen the crack/scratch on the side of the rim from day one. I’ve noticed the spoke cracks only recently. The bike rides flawlessly and haven’t had any troubles. I usually ride on road and rarely get bumpy terrain, but I don’t avoid it.
