Is this a good deal? I have a CAAD 9 with Ultegra 6600 that I'm trying to sell and get this as a replacement .

Most of the value in the bike is the power meter. Quick release (QR) wheels and post mount disc brakes are going limiting if you start wanting to swap out parts. If you plan on using the bike as is it is fine.
