      Helmets may not be cool on a BMX, but you’ll get flamed on a MTB sub for not wearing one.

      Nice jump, way to pick up the back tire to clear the step up.

      BMX is a great starting place to work on jumping form. I’m not sure if you are afraid of going too big on this jump, but you used your arms to absorb all the boost from the lip, rather than driving your body weight up and popping off into the air.

      When you get back on your rockhopper which is a little longer, heavier and has a suspension fork, getting a good drive off the takeoff before you lift the back wheel will be super helpful to avoid a case.

      I will never understand the helmet preaching. There’s not an adult on the planet who doesn’t actively make a choice to wear a helmet or not. Preaching doesn’t change anybody’s mind. Somebody is either going to wear one or not. The same person might wear one today and forego it tomorrow. Who cares what somebody else does?

      Bunch of dicks in here. Good job clearing it on the bmx, even better job showing a vid as you said you would. It’s never enough that one person brings up the helmet, usually 50 others have to chime in saying the same thing.
