That hanger looks pretty straight to me. But the Derailleur seems to not be attached flushly to the hanger itself. Most derailleur cages are also bent slightly by design for a better chainline. As long as the upper jockey wheel aligns with cogs and there aren’t any shifting problems if it’s indexed correctly, it’s fine

Given that you don’t need to worry about indexing on a friction shifting system, don’t worry about it and just ride.
