I am looking for bags or hacks on how to attach bags to XS bikes in a practical way despite the low frame height and small distances between the parts.

In the picture, you can see the bike on a test ride, but there were problems with the manoeuvrability of the handlebars, so next time the food pouches will stay at home, but then the question arises of where to store water (at the moment, each food pouch carries a 1 litre bottle).

Do you also have a small bike or any recommendations for me?

Many thanks
Giovanni

  1. You’ve done well already!

I think a rear rack without panniers, but with side bottle cages is in order here.

You could fit a small bag on top tube under the nose of the saddle.

Looks like you could also fit bottles on top and under the downtube with a bottle cage adapter plate on top and maybe p-clamps under.

You could maybe strap a light snack bag and maybe even a hydration bag on top of your handlebar roll.

  2. Putting your helmet on your head will give you some benefits in manoeuvrability of the handlebars
