Not in the last 15+ years. But it might still be possible to ship it to the manufacturer for a rebuild.

Wow… I can’t say I’ve ever heard of them either… although there may have been some memory-inhibiting substances used back then. Reminds me of a carbon fiber White Bros, or maybe someone who was inspired by Amp Research but not good enough at geometry.
Personally, I think I’d have to wall hanger that fork. Strong enough or not, half because it probably needs a rebuild (and I could take a guess what part availability looks like, although I guess they may have used off the shelf stuff) and half because I’d hate to wreck up a cool wall hanger like that if something did happen.
