It used to be 1 click per revolution, now 2 clicks, always in the same spots. Chain doesn't seem to be touching the front derailleur. It's coming from the front, not the rear, for sure.

Are the bearings in your pedals loose?
1. Check valve hitting rim
2. Check spoke rub at the cross
3. Check whole rim and spoke nipple
4. check loose cassette
5. Grease quick release
6. check if cables rub somwhere
Lastly, clean, lubricate and grease everything.
Bearing might be damaged.
