I work in a pretty average office in an Australian CBD.
These are our EOT facilities.
They are warm, clean, and well maintained. Entrance is via building swipe card and covered by cameras.
Whilst there are a number of vertical bike racks they're usually extensively used and the building management would be receptive to installing more hoop type racks of needed as there is room.
The only downside is there are two steps for the bike entrance and it's a fairly narrow door – this is a pretty much a avoidable issue due to the building being heritage retrofit and the side access being into an alleyway. This has been somewhat offset by the acesss door being a power actuated unit so there is no requirement to also hold the door open whilst going through.
The building has no car parks other than a vehicle loading dock.

That’s nice but what does EOT stand for?
They could put quite a few wall mount racks as well. Many road bikes are light enough that they are easy to lift up and place onto the wall.

If someone commutes on a particularly nice road bike they might enjoy showing it off up there.
