I know you guys in US have these unfinished welds but they were never present in Europe. Looks like they are trying to sell some of America bikes in Europe?

Pretty sure US and EU bikes came out of the same factory. And for what it’s worth the welds aren’t that bad.

it used to appear Grizl 5 RAW for certain period of time on International market (EU & Rest of the world outside USA) and i wanted to ROFL.
now they slap the groupset that nobody rides on it, bump it the price and market it as rugged model lol. marketing work is absurd here

Probably saves a lot of cost not having to machine or finish the welds.
The example shown doesn’t look too bad.

I mean it *is* a feature because you can inspect the weld and see if they f’d up.

Machining a finished well to hide it is pure stupidity, if you don’t want the weld get a carbon bike. Why hide it? Be proud of that manual workmanship
