Time to rent a dry ice cleaning machine. Or just dump a bunch of dry ice and wait for it to freeze and chip/vacuum away? Idk ive never had this issue but i feel for you. I have bits of wax all over my basement

I’ve done a few chains now in my basement and I’ve never had more than a drop or two outside of the pot. I think you need a hanger to let the chain cool over the pot.
