Thinking about getting the Canyon Endurace AllRoad as my first bike. I’m in Seattle and mostly want to ride to get fit—some road, maybe light gravel or trails. I want to see which one I like most once I start riding but my preference is towards road biking I think.

Anyone have experience with it? Is it beginner-friendly? Also curious if Canyon’s direct-buy thing is a hassle.

Thanks!

This bike is made for people like you.

Direct to consumer mean you get more bike for your money, but a worse customer experience. You don’t have a shop to bring it back to if something goes wrong.

And I thought the trump tax would mean it would be too expensive

  2. Great choice. Short and tall frame geometry, good components with hydraulic brakes. Decent wheels.
