Built this to make riding flat/boring trails more fun and for some urban ripping around. This ride really brings me back to the days of learning to mountain bike in the 90’s on my rigid steel rockhopper, you don’t need crazy trails to get a fun ride with this. Huge contrast to my regular mountain bike (Ibis Ripmo V2).
I think I’ll probably pick up a suspension fork at some point to allow switching back and forth. The 853 steel frame rides like a dream… looking forward to having this for a very long time.
