Old chain with new cassette? Looks like chain isn’t aligned right with teeth meanwhile cassette looks new. Chain stretch?

  2. Just looks like bad indexing. The derailleur isn’t touching the cassette; the chain is catching on the teeth of adjacent cogs. If the indexing hasn’t been touched, you may have bent the hanger slightly.

  3. Looks like the indexing is off to me. Clean everything and start over with the cable tensioning/indexing. Hanger could be bent too

From the video it doesn’t look like the derailleur is hitting the cassette?

If the upper jockey wheel is offset with respect to the pivot (which it looks like it is) then shortening the chain can be a solution to pull it off the cassette. What’s happening at the front end? Are you in your largest ring?
